This Privacy Policy explains how Window Peeper AI (the “Service”) processes information when you use the website and create a video.

Information we process

The Service may process the photo you choose, the video created from it, basic account details, purchase records, and ordinary request information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps. Payment details are handled by the payment provider on its checkout page; the Service does not store complete card numbers.

We may also use first-party cookies and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, remember sign-in state, measure campaigns, and improve the experience. Google Analytics 4 does not intentionally place uploaded-photo contents or generated-video contents in analytics events.

How media is used

Your photo is sent to the Service and its video-processing providers to create the Window Peeper video you request. Generated media is made available through the product experience. Photos and videos may be held for the time needed to provide the Service, resolve errors, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.

The Service does not sell uploaded photos or generated videos. Information may be shared with infrastructure, analytics, video-processing, authentication, and payment providers when needed to run the Service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, preferences, checkout continuity, attribution, and analytics. You can clear site data in your browser at any time, although doing so may sign you out or remove an unfinished selection.

Retention and security

Retention periods vary by information type and operational need. Account, transaction, and security records may be kept longer than working media. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security or uninterrupted storage.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo, clear browser data, or stop using the Service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Any available contact or request method will be shown within the Service.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the Service and its providers change. The effective date will be revised when an updated policy is published.
